Infractions/warning and points system:
First points, We will have a list for all members and their points, we all will get 0 points but ranks will be the same.
I will make a cards for warnings - Infractions, losing points/rank , getting more points/rank, instead of writing a message or, It may be the both, A small card and a message will be send in PM.
Of course you are asking how do we get higher points or higher rank...

List for getting more points:
So, If you got more than 5 points, you will get higher rank.
Donating with 1k-5k, 1.5 Ps.(points) + Good Pm
Donating with 5k-10k, 2 Ps. + Good Pm
Donating 10k-15k. 2.5 Ps, + Good Pm
Donating with 15k+. 3 Ps, + Good Pm
Giving a perfect idea or do something really useful for clan, 2 Ps. + Good Pm
Giving good idea and doing something for the clan, 1 P. + Good Pm
Making us win in an event, 3 Ps if alone, if more than 1 member, then 1.5 Ps. + Good Pm
Every win in any clan wars, 0.5 Ps. and pm if you got more than 1 P.


List for losing points:
So, If you lose 10 points, Members will vote to kick you or not, and every - 3 points, your rank decreases to the rank under it.
Not active for 2 days in forum, 1.5 Ps. + infraction in Pm
Not active for 5 days in forum, 2.5 Ps. + infraction in Pm
Not active for 2 days in game, 1 P. + infraction in Pm
Not active for 5 days in game, 2 Ps. + infraction in Pm
3 useless posts, 1 P. + infraction in Pm
Insulting, Not respecting people, Rage quitting and these things, 1 P. + infraction in Pm

Now the warning...
If you are in active ingame or in forum for 1 day, you will be warned before completing 2 days and lose points.
If you did small something bad, you will get warned, if you did again, losing 1 PS.
And if there is a war and you will not participate, or you will not be active without excuse, please pm leader/co-leader so, you don't lose points.
So, the leader should choose 3 people for that, One for warning people, another for giving infractions, and last one has the list of points and changing ranks, and it should be the leader.
