Eh, all the rest of us are +8:00 GMT. ;) About inactivity, I'll pretty much be on the forums to check by or browse everyday, though I will only sometimes be in-game, and not such constantly anymore as I was in the past. Though your best bet if you would like to meet in-game or other things similar is to become active on Msn.
