I don't know which one to pick.. I would go with the first one, because the Rapid Eye Movement sign on the left corner is creative, but the [REM] label on the side of the emblem makes it look a bit sloppy, because there's already a label on the bottom of the picture, I would probably highlight the bottom label with a different font color or something, too.

It doesn't look as though you really tried all that much.. but i guess the first one.. you just pretty much did paint, typed in words and c/ped the [Rem] symbol

Umm Imma have to go with the top layer even though it they all look a bit boring(No offense)
The colors dont match. Try maybe white and black?
Or maybe red and white.
