If this is true ill ask around the complex as much as I can, considering the fact that it might look bad for someone my age to be looking for a 13 year old boy.....

Yea well I asked around a bit. The office desk refused to give any information about anyone (its the law). But I posted flyers for a "Toribash Fanclub", and well there was only one member and he was in fact 13. Ill ask him at our "opening meeting" though I am pretty sure that this is the kid. It would be a huge coincidence to find a kid that matches the same age and most likely uses the free internet the apartments provide, thus explaining the matching IP. Ill have news to you by Saturday.
