For Guns:
If you just barely started playing BO2, I would recommend using the M27 since it has little to no recoil and it has clear iron-sights, but its up to you to use optical attachments. As you level up more, try out other guns, attachents, tacticals and perks that are unlocked to suit your playstyle. Eventually, you'll be as good as me.
For Maps:
Since you play Team Death Match, try to choose a map where it is small but not too big. For starters, I would play on Hijacked because there are a lot of chokeholds where you can get easy kills and plenty of cover. Just note, that on any map if you're finding a hard time finding enemies, that means the spawns are "flipped". But as time passes, you'll get a layout of all the maps and should eventually know where to go, its just naturally shoved in my head because I play so much.
My Favorite Maps would be: All of them
My Favorite Guns:
AN-94: Adjustable Stock, Quickdraw Handle, Extended Mag
Type-25: Reflex Sight, Fast Mag, Quickdraw Handle
M8A1: Reflex Sight, Select Fire, Fast Mag
All Snipers, SMGs. (Except Auto-Snipers or Semi)
MP7: Rapid Fire, Supressor, Reflex Sight
Perks and Wildcards may vary upon the type of player. I'm an offensive player so I might use Primary Fighter Wildcard, since I work better with Assault Rifles and having 3 Attachments increases my accuracy and reload time. In my opinion, Concussion Grenades are better than Shock Charges. My offensive perks would be Lightweight, Toughness, and Dexterity. Use the wildcards in your Create-A-Class ! They are very useful so take advantage of it !
