The voting should be done on the clan thread or the recruitment thread to let others know about it.

If we vote on discord it's professionally done.
we vote on discord because its easier, its faster, and there are things to mention the people who are voted upon shall not see.
i dont want to call people openly an arse, i want to tell WITHIN the clan why i think he isn't a good fit. it can screw the image people have upon the people in the clan.
so get your ass into discord, 80% of the interesting talk happen there.
towards the other situation, infact, i invited quackmon and jesus, aka. Fleshmon/quack and Flame, because their mains are banned for 5 days. and it really doesnt makes a difference, i would've kicked them personally afterwards (hope also contacted me about it, and i told him the same)
i mean ffs, quackmon has fucking ES perms.
on the other note, yes i was a little annoyed aswell towards hope for directly inviting link. but i give people a chance.
without trying to sound err.. bossy? i gave alot of you a chance, there's quite a few people where i said that i honestly dont care, but unless its someone i really dislike i dont want me to be the reason they cant join and enjoy the clan.
