The application is good, if you are going for Miss California.

I dont see why sid said this, i dont see anything bad about making an application look good, or about putting effort into it.

I assume he was talking about how artificial it sounds. It is all good and well making an application look and sound good, hell it should be encouraged, but it should still sound natural and not forced.

But the application wasn't any different than other applications, to me it seemed natural.

It seemed to be what i would expect from all applications.
