This will be the next dish I'll try to cook and master :^)
For my beef stock...
I'll add salt, pepper, lots of water, probably boil the meat and bones for at least 3 hours.
Then I'll cook the stuff *video reference* but I'll use a special kind of chorizo and experiment with other noodles. I might also add chicharon and liver as toppings :^)
On the same skillet where I cooked the noodles, I'll get some broth from the beef stock and mix it with an egg.
I'll copy the sauce from the video but will add dried chili flakes.
