Of course it isn't when what you say is literally untrue. Philosophy cannot be answered by science. To believe so is to fundamentally misunderstand philosophy. Historical context means nothing when we are talking about the present. Trying to apply Newton's 3rd law of force to the origins of the universe is amusingly stupid.

Judging someone by his ethnicity is wrong, doesn't mean “races”, as you call them, don't exist.
A native American has certain traits that can be distinguished. You can tell where someone's from by looking at his traits fairly accurately. I doubt you will deny that.
