I agree with Rfif there probably should be at least 1 or if possible 2 days during the week, because I cant make any of the days next week on the weekend because of work.

HP loss for missing battles will only start happening near the end of the event.
I will see what I can do then, perhaps a Wednesday. The problem may be getting other players to come. But we will test it out this Wednesday.
