As for farming, it's not allowed in this clan at all. Just play the game, and if you want to get far fast, play it often. Members who I catch farming will be forced under a "eject now, ask questions later" policy.

More or less, time. Once I see that you are consistently active and I can trust you to represent the clan well (i.e. I don't hear any complaints about you), I'll likely get around to upgrading you to a regular member. If you've been around for, let's say, a month, and I haven't gotten around to it, you can bitch me out for it, but you guys are relatively new, so I'd just wait a little while longer :3

Just get more posts in. Make sure they're good posts though, otherwise you'll end up getting infracted for a shitty post and eventually get banned.
