You can't forge your own hairs atm. You can create your own hair, but you can't actually create the item permanently for your own use or sale.

It doesn't even have to be a huge katana if a sword object was made to go on the back. It could be a shortsword in a sheath, angled on the back.

It'd be similar to the Daiymo + Scarf, I support it. I think replays would look sweet with it.

i think that an arrow through the head will be the best idea since it wont hide any joints.
and on replays it will be absurd to have a katana on your back and not use it

I am sure there are mods for that sorta thing if that is what you want - our suggestions were aesthetical and not practical usage suggestions. As for the arrow idea, it would be nice I guess but it would probably ruin replays because of it ghosting through everything (not saying a sword wouldn't, but still)
