hey guys i was in a torny (i lost) and i beat a 5th dan in the zone clan he said i am good and compared me to over black belt he said "i have never seen such a good green belt" i agreed tell me what you think of this i am really proud of myself i feel so happy!

Belt means nothing, imho. There are many noobish high-belts. It just means that you are a good player, and that with practice, you'll get even better.

This, belt means nothing, because you can even buy QI.
ex: You're new to the game and want to get a certain force with a higher QI than how much you have, so you buy QI and you're skills aren't even that great.

Belt doesn't matter. Rank doesn't matter. Skill matters.

I have always stressed this greatly in every clan I've ever been in, and every person I've met. There are plenty of white belts that I would bet my money on over an Custom belt any day. There are even some very good players that have new accounts. Then again, it also depends on the mod, for instance if you're fighting someone who is 8th dan but mains Judo, then he's worth as much to me as a first day starter.
