Well sit down kiddies and lend to me your ear for a moment as I am about to tell you a tale of wonder and amazement. A story both sad and happy, full of times both scary and joyous (Note that certain elements of this story may not be entirely factual).
Our story begins on a stormy night seventeen years ago in a land called Australis. It was a most troublesome birth, many times both the child and mother came close to death, close to the great chasm that leads to most foul Hades. Fortunately they both pulled through. However great danger was afoot. Forces most devious and dangerous were looking for the child for schemes that are far too gruesome to describe here, I do not wish to turn your stomachs. So the family fled to the land of Britannia where they felt they would be safe, at least for a time.
They lived there for on a year whilst letting their enemies tire of searching for them before moving back home. They moved to a small town on the opposite side of where they had previously lived. The young child was still only a babe, with naught but a year on this very Earth. The family's enemies had grown tired of searching for the child and as such the family settled down in their new home. The young child had a pleasant childhood, whole days devoted to running through fields of grass and wheat. It was an excellent existence.
But it could not last. For a number of years the child's father had not been faithful to his wife. On the fifth year of their return the parents separated. The young child, now in his sixth year, stayed with his mother. They moved once again, this time to another town on the other side of the country. It took them some time to find a suitable place to live but they eventually found a place that suited them perfectly. The child's father supported them so they lived a comfortable life.
The child started in a new school and life was good. The child has stayed in that very town since and is now is his final year of schooling before he moves out into the world, a man ready for the challenges of life.
