And that puppy didn't pose a threat it only acted cute. As for the filmers and other people involved they should be fined for such a thing. Filming and animal, a defenseless animal fall to it's death.

I once heard a puppy was shot in the head, then frozen for 2 hours only to be found breathing. I'm pretty sure that dog could survive a 20-40 foot fall depending on the position it hit first.
