secret? hmm..... there is no secret, just making as much power as I can, with extending abs, and contracting knee as late as I can.(not too late), so its just power making, and aiming just like normal kicks.

I can never get it, I have the contract at the right time but the power of the kick going backwards is where It gets fucked up. :/ and I do use abs
