Post count requirements no longer allowed
You may base your decisions off someone's post count, but you must not post it as a requirement. That can defeat the purpose of having it as a requirement. This includes telling people, "your post count is too low." and especially "you need X posts before you can join."

If someone is spamming the forums because you have a post count requirement, and we can trace it back to one of your threads, that thread may be removed.

If you want to report a thread which has a post count requirement, do not use the report button. Just quietly point it out to the leader of the clan.

Well first of all nobody is noob just need to get more skill or more experience.
Second, you have to read some basic tutorials like how atach replays or things like that
Third, you have to improve your sp skills you need more flow.
And for the final you need some forums experiences, with that i mean i need that you discover the comunity, this is a big place where you should find a lot of interesting things.
