so here is my pic and under it i tell u how to do it :
and here is how u do it:
1st. engage distance 600 or more so uke is not in it
2nd. arms up, right rotate chest, extend right pecs, contract left pecs, left bending hip, space once.
3rd. contract right glute, contract right knee, space once.
4th. extend right glute
5th space as many times u want and stop where u think it looks good.
