I've only played against Flux once, and I've known him for a some time now.
How does the trial member thing work? (Do they get invited and maybe kicked later) or (do they have to act like a member and after the trial period they get invited?).

I think ( From what I remember ) trial member is new members who have been put on trial to see if the clan can get along with them, when in trial they can only use a few threads like the talk thread, replay thread and I think it was music. I hop this is somewhat of an answer to you.
