School is about alot more than education. Things like socialization, would be crippled without the general student body taught, together.
And a student such as yourself, who goes the extra mile in self-education, separate the average, and the gifted.

Jxc: And that is why I invited you to Unknown, you actually stand up and make some quality debate. Well, the social problem could be dealt with with daily events such as a park visit or whatnot. You do have a good point there though.

I do agree on the pint that was made abiut education being generalised, i myself want to learn astronom and computer programming, but seeming as the school curriculum limits itself to what most students want I haven't found a single school with a good program for either study.
Thats why i do programming and astronomy as extracurricular activities and i teach myself the things i need to know for a career in either subject.
I spent $150.00 on a huge book called the universe, it has all of the major data discovered about the universe as of 2005, but now i am looking for an updated version with new stuff in it.
But if the schools were more focussed on what the student wants to do instead of the teachers, i wouldnt have to waste so much money on books so that i can larn what i want to learn.
The education system if flawed in many ways, but this is the most major one that i can see.
