But yeah the only way Sega would perhaps bring up a copyright is if Nabi itself made the textures themselves and sold them but if it's someone using them for their own benefits or for free textures then Sega can't really sue someone for it, perhaps ask to take it down and maybe get a law case to take the art down but other than that Sega wouldn't be able to do much about it. Besides Sega's the kind of company that would shrug their shoulders and be like "Meh, not bad"

but how about making the armor items from the tori
in this pic:

And maybe the horse too.

When objects are created, they are set to a certain limb. So currently objects are pretty much set to other objects such as hands, head, thighs, etc. There is no current ground object/s that a horse can attach to. I suppose that it can attach from the pelvic area but it would probably look out of place and honestly, stupid; and it would also be useless since objects don't interact with the Tori's themselves.

Now, imagining that there were ground objects, if the horse was a stand still to the side, that would be awesome, but it would most likely be way overpriced for the users and it would take away the focus of the game. Most likely why things like Pants and shirts (that for some reason people seem to want -.-) won't be made.

Now once again, just to state the armor for the tori. It would be possible but quite hard due to the fact that objects don't connect to the joints, since those are what you interact with. So it would be a little hard for the shoulders etc.

That's something that should be taken up with the Site Developers (People like that sexy Fish). Item Forgers don't really mess with the forum development. Maybe certain people (like Solax if he does any dev on the forums), but that would be most likely his job as an admin not Item Forger.
