Lich Bane first item... So you would have around 80 AP, maybe 95 if you went with Doran's Ring first item. Assuming you were around lvl 10 at this time you would have a base AD of 85. I would also guess you would have at least one rank in E, giving you an AD of 110. Does this not mean that at this stage in the game Sheen would be a better item as you do not have enough AP to make the Lich Bane passive better than the one on Sheen?

Also for an extra 250 gold you could have gotten a Deathcap first item, and just go around blowing the shit out of stuff with the shield.
