Even if Viper sent you, the app isn't too great, it's not good that you've gotten banned 2 times either. But I am not the one who decides if you're in or not.

I agree with that, but it doesn't justify getting banned twice. I also agree with Cozza. It wasn't that high quality, and the clan hopping bothers me. Even if Viper asked you in, it's a no from me, sorry bud :/

Funny enough Viper isn't a GM. You can earn peoples respect in more ways than just posting an app on a SMod/Admin(I think he is an admin)'s clan board.

oofun4: I said there was no problem if you're under the required belt and that you could feel free to apply anyways, but I thought your app would be better.

I am going to say no to him as well. Infractions/bans tells that a person may do it again. But, the application was also not put very well.
