Currently there is not real scripting for moving items. So analog watches are a nogo, also it once again would take too much time to program just to have a watch tell the time and the only way you can zoom in on it is by going into free cam and actually zooming in on it... Now making a watch for look and design would be possible/easier/reasonable.
