When someone applies we don't mind hearing your views on them or their application, but... I have noticed some of you are posting simple "yes" "no" answers. These will not be taken into account when the leaders are discussing. Give reasons, e.g. I say no to Decap cause he was banned for racism (not true).

Also one thing I will not allow is being abusive to applicants, I'm going to start deleting posts of these manner.
