Don't send an app though a PM. Understand that an application is made and previewed infront of a few people to they can all see the same thing and be to look back and collaborate. Bans/infractions don't make the person but it is vice versa.

True, I've had plenty of infractions and bans and I've matured throughout my own mistakes. But everybody's results aren't always the same. Do you understand? The applications people make for us to even consider them, aren't hidden, if you send it in a PM, whose gonna review you? Aside the receiving end of the private message. But from what we've seen oofun4, we're not considering you for recruitment at the moment. If you want to hang around and get to know the Reapers a little more, feel free to join our IRC, #Reaper. Or send a few pm's around, posting here should be okay every once and a while. But not excessively.
