Test them in a mod you like (and are good at) 3 matches, and then give them the choice of mod for a final fight.

They don't necessarily have to win to be accepted, but what i want you to do is save the replays and send to me and I can make my decision. This should alleviate the ipact of my downtime.

And once you do this a couple times, I'll be proud to give you the rank of assistant Recruiter.
