I am not against it, most teenagers take drugs and drink alcohol (myself). But I would never consider driving drugged or drunk.

Not exactly, I've driven 30 hours so far (inclusive my exam) and yeah, I can drive kinda good and mainly safely. The license proves that if you're doing your best, then you are able to be part of the traffic. And don't think that people with new driver's license cause troubles, because not! :/ ( in most cases) Dickfaces do accidents not the novices..
