I think this application shows more about the applicant than first meets the eye. The first thing we notice is the lack of a capital "I", instead opting for the grammatically incorrect "i". Though this may make him seem incompetent at first, it may show that he is unwilling to follow the trend. If this were such a quality, however, why would he want to join a group of people? This leaves a number of questions unanswered. This is followed by "a", which may not make sense at first, "ia" is the Indonesian word for "he". The addition of a space may be a simple mistake. Perhaps in this sentence he is complementing us, describing the clan as "he" and one that is "active". He again uses "i", cementing the notion that he is an individual, and raising the question of why he would want to join a group if he were an individual and many more. He states that he "kick[s] ass", though it is not clear whether he is referring to the slang for backside or a donkey. Kicking a donkey is a unique quality that we do not see in many of our applicants and so we should take great care with our decision regarding him. His use of "lol" suggests that he is laughing at us, seeing us as inferior and perhaps trying to lure us into an argument in which he may be able to display his possibly existent donkey kicking ability.
