On the topic of improving, self critique is the best:
Get lolreplay or other medium to review your games. Watch over your games again with an analytical mind and try to see what you do well and what you don't. Use a notepad. Write these things down. Read these things and keep them in mind next time you play and then put them into practice.
Or get a friend to play with you (preferably one better than you) or get a friend to spectate you. A third party being brutally honest will get you good feedback.

May or may not work, my $0.05.
