I don't know if you guys saw that whole "post count requirements not allowed" announcement, but it's so fucking contrary it's ridiculous. This is what it said;
"Post count requirements no longer allowed
You may base your decisions off someone's post count, but you must not post it as a requirement. That can defeat the purpose of having it as a requirement. This includes telling people, "your post count is too low." and especially "you need X posts before you can join."
If someone is spamming the forums because you have a post count requirement, and we can trace it back to one of your threads, that thread may be removed.
If you want to report a thread which has a post count requirement, do not use the report button. Just quietly point it out to the leader of the clan. "

So, don't explicitly judge people based off of post count, but implicitly is totally fine.
