what I think would be pretty cool is stars above your head, like when cartoon characters are dazed or dizzy.

This can kinda already be done with flames. You can get a stable flame and put a FPT on it to whatever you want and it'll float above your head.

I know that, but if your upside down, thee it will look funky, besides... This can be more stable when you're moving around and flipping. And, to make it easier, you could have a stick sticking out of your head holding up all the stars on a ring. This could sell a lot ;). i personally think this would be great
