Go to this thread in discussion where they were talking about what noob moves were.

Noob moves can be a good way to start off a match.
If you know how to play the game you can win that match with a noob move.

But it's still a move. Feels as if your trying to say a move like a sweep in wushu is a noob move because it can make you win.
