Arghhhh!!!!! Today I got my new Dell computer, me and my dad were abot to install kaspersky pure internet security,as it was installing, at about half way of the installation the pc froze,so we turned the pc off for 5 mins, then turned it back on, it automatically loged in,but then' the mouse was not moving so we unplugged it then put it back in, Still, nothing, so we rang up the computer shop and they said bring back the pc to the shop, but not the mouse, so before we bring it back to the shop, can anyone give me some ideas on wut to do?
