Can cuerl 145 lbs with both arms 5 times, curl 50 with 1 arm 2 times, and bench 200 lbs 5 times, is small? I can lift more then what my body looks. trust me, especially when I'm pissed.
Being able to lift decent amount of weight only a few times is not strength, and it doesn't really change the fact that you aren't very strong. Maybe you're slightly muscular, but you'll always be seen as small if you don't bulk up. If you really do the work outs you say you do, I recommend eating more meals a day and taking different vitamins and protein shakes before and after workouts. I know how it is to be pretty small, because I've always had a high metabolism, I did the above and got noticeably bigger. The only reason why I'm not a fairly big dude is because of the running I do.
