Adding the Hall of Shame & War Master banners now.

Where should the Soft banner go? It is currently underneath the Drenched rank. Which I guess would make sense right? Hall of Fame next to Hall of Shame?
Also, Insto & Diggerfinn added to Drip (War Masters). I asked kradoxtb to recolor drip to a golden color. Which hopefully, he will do and thus, making war masters look sexy.

It makes sense, but I think it should go under dry as you should feel lower than the new members if you're soft.

That's what I was thinking. I will wait on more opinons before I make a decision.
Also, ate there any banners you guys feel are useless? Or you want them removed? And are there any you would like to have up there?
