oblivion > skyrim because skyrim is the CoD:MW2 of elder scrolls.

Side quests o>s (i.e : "lets go into this cave and kill loads of draugr and get this ancient item", which is also a surprisingly high amount of main quests as well.)

i already play'd it when i was younger but they seem to have added some more
content in the steam version so
i wont be playing oblivion untill tomoro maybe
