The council has to be slow, because causing a clan to be official means it can be there for the end of time, unlike a dsc that will close if it gets inactive, the clan boards can always be saved, so lets not put pressure on the persons who might give us all this joy
If whe get official (might be 1-2-3 weeks) whe should have a thread tag system, such as all [D] threads are sticky threads, all [GAME] are game threads,, the most difficult part is to deploy the forum, set all the stickies, etc.

Heyya guys. I would like to request to your single allie.I like to play with the clan members always look if theres a demonic server running.I always have a good time playing with [D] members,and i hope we will be friends for a long long time

Yup, it's like getting sure if clan is worthy becoming official, looking if it will die eventually etc etc - at least i think it's like that.
Mhm, don't worry about the forum, i have already a plan how to deploy those threads. :-)
