Mix all together and you get the graphics of a game. It does matter.

You get just a part of it and it doesn't matter. Hell, if Skyrim were to have pixelated graphics and an awesome gameplay with a great storyline I wouldn't care.

My point is not to judge the small visual flaws of a game, but the gameplay, storyline and atmosphere as these are the most important attributes of any RPG.

Graphics creates atmosphere, you are just arguing for the sake of argument.

The water did look shit but the rest was awesome. Maybe the water hasnt been fully created in the engine?
If they make a graphics trailer, it had better damn look right.
When I see you, my heart goes DOKI⑨DOKI
Fish: "Gorman has been chosen for admin. After a lengthy discussion we've all decided that Gorman is the best choice for the next admin."

Before you argue RPG stuff with me get more experience, kid. I've been playing them since before you could use a mouse and wasd. Atmosphere isn't about graphics at all.

In all graphic trailers there's always going to be small flaws. Name or link a graphics trailer you consider flawless

More experience? Your only 19 im 18. And its perfectly immersive when you run through a perfect landscape to see water from mario? My ass it is. Atmosphere is created by graphics and use of lighting which falls under? You guessed it graphics. Please think before you talk.
They will make better water for sure, Oblivion had better water than shown in the preview.
And I am not saying gfx is the most important, but I rly hope they make something unseen so far. Sure the atmosphere and game-play are most important, heck if they are bad I wont even consider playing the game, but if I do decide to play it I prefer bad ass gfx.
wishful eyes deceive me

Atmosphere is created by the storyline, the natural environment, characters, music, weather, day-night cycle, man-made enviroment ( buildings etc), overall variety, combat and then the graphics. You can have great graphics but without any of the above you'll get something mediocre or less. This is why the atmosphere is the hardest part to achieve in any respectable RPG, and yet you claim it's all about graphics?

With this I still maintain my opinion regarding your experience in the genre. When you'll get more experience come back with a valid argument. Your arguments would apply more to a fps than rpg.
