How does diamond league work exactly?

As far as I know, you can only go as far as platinum. I'm aware that the diamond league is essentially the professional league but how does one come about achieving the nessecary rank?

Same way you rank up into gold silver plat etc
Masters however is the top 2% of players in the region

I just had to post this on something related to Blizzard.
I had my battle.net account hacked whilst I quit WoW and Starcraft 2, then when I got back and got my account back, LOOK this dude got my proffessions up for nothing!
I havent even played in 2011, dumbass hackers.

Guarentee its mining / herb and they used it to bot
