One final idea I have is "multi-battles". It involves 3 - 4 players, all against one another. This one could lead up to great chaos, and, other than the extra players, it would function as a normal battle. It could also be used together with the idea of simultaneous battles and/or team battles.

This must be done somehow! It could have taken Toribash to a whole new level(think about boss fights like the ones in MMORPGs or playing soccer with toris etc.)
Is that really that impossible? It would be great for toribash especially before its steam release.

Multi-matches
How would it be, if u would play not against 1, but against 3 players?
I think it would be cool, if there would be a setting, with that u can change the number of fighters in a match. Like a 1v1v1v1 in Aikidobigdojo, 4 players fighting against each other, trying to be the last man standing.
Or team matches, like 2v2.
That would be good for clan wars, and u can learn teamplay in toribash.
Example: One fighter is holding the enemy, his friend makes the damage with kicks and punches, or they do awesome moves and suplexes together, to get the enemy down.

I believe Toribash has had this before it took it out for one reason or another, one problem commonly found would be lag I think. I'm no expert but trying to load 3 different players moves would have some stain on my computer. Would that mean I miss out just because i'm not state of the art? There are a couple of problem that need to be addressed before this happens if it does happen.
