You're relaxing too many joints, pay attention to what you're holding and not holding.

And stridder first of all dont extend and contract always use relaxing dont punch or kick with contr then ext just make an effort and relax the hand or the leg it will kick btw dont relax all just try to stand on legs and hold them rmmbr dont extend or contract in spars and tricking. Take thats a rpl that i made it fastly for u to check how to trick and spar correctly. and ofc i use extend and contract but tell u, u wont see em before u press E and check where i extended and contracted.
