Only a few people don't post.
I don't know why though

What they did in one of my previous clans was if someone didn't post or go in-game for a certain amount of time without a good enough reason they would be kicked immediately. Once they prove they can be active again they can re-join.

What do you think about that?

Recruitment thread should keep open, I think.
It is allways a door open for unknown good players. The others "aka known as bad players" would be just reject.
