you need to work on the fps, what do you use to film, windows movie maker?

get hellium frog or monkey jam or Dv simple +.and set the fps to about 15 to start and then eventually 24.

i used to go on a forum, where i had like 3000 posts or so, mamshmam forums, but theyve been down recently, really helped me improve my animations.

you might want to look into that kinda thing.

but nice lipsync and guitar player was cool, you should also smooth the clay on the mouth so that it looks nicer.
