I say we take ebrithils idea, and perhaps we take a day before the comp, and determine our players, since we are an aikido based clan.
Therefore we know who is already playing, and which members are better aikido players etc.

You answered the wrong question.

"What they did in one of my previous clans was if someone didn't post or go in-game for a certain amount of time without a good enough reason they would be kicked immediately. Once they prove they can be active again they can re-join.

What do you think about that?"
