Both of these ideas I really like. Clown hair with a clown nose seems neat. But the jester hat itself catches my eye.

Yes, all legends get a possibility to have their own unique 3D items. Some of them already got the items, others' requests are in the works now.

Be well known, contribute to the community (Revolutionize a mod, be a loved member of staff, artist, etc), and then just.. wait.

Legends are pretty rare, and a result are chosen carefully. Just work for it, is all I can say really.

Also, not really the thread for this man. (Go ask in rapid threads :P)
