Seriously guys this is getting really stupid now. Do you think there would be so many christians nowdays if there really were any big contradictions? Im sure there has been many hundreds of people who have tried to find them and yet christianity still stands. Can somone please just close this thread. Im starting to find it hard to argue with you guys because Im like 14 and youve had plenty more edumacation than me .

Because Christianity is impregnated in our societies, and most of the moral standards and traditions in the western world are Christian-based... I mean... Its normal when they were introduced by force into many cultures...

Btw slipknot is not a very Christian band hehe :P

I hate nearly all christian bands and songs. There so damn lame. Like one of them had lirics like this "Jesus Christ is in da house!", LoooooooooooooL. And who cares if Slipknot isnt very christian? Pretty much nothing on TV is christian at all so does that mean I should just stop watching it? And I find it hard to believe that even if any large contradictions were found in the bible that there would be nearly as many christians as there were but people would just take much of the moral code and not do any praying or going to church etc that you do if you are a christian.

To foxie: The reason that God created everything in 6 days and rested on the 7th was because he was making an example for mankind. And why would mankind be animals?

Lol its true, we are mammals, and if you compare us to animals, we're very similar, same type of organs, same type of bone structures - which might differ depending on the locomotion method, etc..
We have nipples just like 99,9% of mammals. In fact, the only mammals I know that don't have nipples are the echidna and the platypus, because they haven't changed that much for a long time, you can call them primitive mammals.

Physically, we have everything similar to mammals.

The only thing that makes us stand out is our intellectual and some other brain capabilities, even though our senses aren't as good as other animals, which might have better sight, hearing, smell and so on...

Even when we check our DNA, we see how close we are to bonobos (a type of monkey that look like to the chimp), and the chimp have a DNA close to ours too.
And funny thing is, bonobos even make sex face-to-face, the only animals that do it besides us.

And to those who say that making sex for pleasure is wrong cuz its meant for reproduction, and that homosexuality ain't natural, like the Christians, check this:

And yep.. Thats a funny thing too, the way they express through their faces.. yet there's more things, like their social capabilities and behaviors. Their social relationships are curious and complex like ours. The way they cuddle, the way they react towards each other. Well, its impossible not to find similarities with them.



Yes, its been reported in dolphins, monkeys, dogs, and so on..
There's even female dogs that hump like if they were males. lol, even though it can be a sign of dominance sometimes.
And well, monkeys masturbate, for example.

I knew about a case of homosexual penguins in one Zoo. Didn't knew about the mallard ducks though. Interesting...
They migrate a lot through Europe, I usually see them in my country during the summer. Here we call them "Royal Ducks" (translated). Looks like homosexuality is more common and natural than we - as society - think.

Well it might look like this is not related to the topic, but it is, since Christians seem to ignore such behaviors in natural life.
