Or when was the last time one of your members hosted a clan event? Also yeah, a clan vid would be beneficial for the clan. As for the inactivity. Do what secret does, have inactivity checks every so often and whoever doesn't post one time on the inactivity check thread within 3 days if they haven't already given a reason for being inactive, kick them from the clan. That's what we do. Example:

As you can clearly see, only the top 2 or 3 ranks may host these inactivity checks on top of everyone who wants to be in the clan to post on the thread unless they gave a reason for being inactive. Then just list out the current members and check off their names with each person who posts. If you end up having to kick some people from the clan give them a 1 day warning pm and if nothing is done after 24 hours exactly, kick them. Just recruit more members if you lose a decent amount of them to inactivity. Also you should set up a weekly clan event where members try to complete certain tasks through Toribash means to earn tc each week. Sorta like a mini event set up. And each week there is a new challenge in either: marketing, ingame, replay making, etc etc or you could even start up your own clan records book. List things like who can throw their hand or head the farthest, or the fastest self movement in a replay without ukes help, or even the highest/most amount of backflips or jumps. This keeps the clan members interested in the clan and participating in the clan more. Sorry that was a lot. Sorta got on a role. :S

If they are inactive and not helping the clan out much then what would you gain from keeping them? If nyster comes back then reinstate him, but as of now he has been missing for what? A month or two when he said it would only be a week or two? Just kick him temporarily for now and if he is still interested in running the clan when he gets back put him back in power. No sense in leaving someone who doesn't do anything on the clan list.
