Fifa 13's release date is somewhere around the 3rd quarter of 2012.
Also Modern Warfare 4 will be released in 2013 since the MW series gets released all 2 years. >.>

Well... I really enjoyed Deus Ex, since it isn't just like kill everyone everywhere. It had a good story and you never really knew which group is actually the one which kidnapped your friend.

Never heard of that game so I googled it. It got forbidden by the law in Germany (), because of the violence level.

In south africa FIFA 13 has been released... i might be thinking of PES 13 not sure...
Oh and i meant MW 3...

I highly doubt that a game would release in south africa before everywhere else. Also Fifa 12 was released on 27th september, so it isn't even a year old. And so isn't PES 12.

Also if you check the konami page, you can find PES 12 as new release. And on the EA site you can pre-order FIFA Street, the tab game info shows only FIFA 12.

=> You can't have PES 13 nor FIFA 13
