Wrong, they vary in size and price.
128 Ground Texture, 15k-19k
256 Ground Texture, 30k-40k
512 Ground Texture, 50k-85k
Next time, make sure you know the prices of the items before you make a big deal out of it. The arm texture will also vary in price due to pixel size.
128 Arm Texture, 1.5k-1.9k
256 Arm Texture, 5k-8k
512 Arm Texture, 12k-18k
